POSTER<\/span> FORMAT AND PRESENTATION GUIDELINES.<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>

Authors need to strictly follow the format for posters as well as slides.<\/strong><\/p>

Regular oral papers will get 12 minutes of oral presentation (maximum 12 slides) and 3 minutes of Q&A<\/strong><\/p>

Poster papers will get 4 minutes of oral presentation ( maximum four slides) and poster display time.<\/strong><\/p>

Poster size to be used is A1. Please print the poster and bring it.
<\/strong><\/p>

Only four slides are allowed for short presentation<\/strong><\/p>

Maximum 12 slides for full paper presentation<\/strong><\/p>

Maximum 12 slides (12 minutes) for Doctoral Symposium presentation.<\/strong><\/p>

General Instructions<\/span>
<\/strong><\/p>

1. All the contents of presentation slides should be easily readable with a minimum font size of 18 pt. Avoid tables and figures in small fonts.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>
2. Rehearse the presentation and make sure it is within the allotted time, so that you get sufficient time for questions and discussions. You will be asked to stop after the allotted time.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>
3. Focus on the research objectives, methodology, novelty, and contributions.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>
4. For doctoral symposium paticipants<\/u>: The idea of the doctoral symposium is to help you to obtain feedback from a wider audience, who are not necessarily specialists in your area. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>

So, avoid too much of technical details.<\/strong><\/p>
