Guidelines for Presenters (Full Paper and Poster Sessions)

  • Authors need to strictly follow the format for posters as well as slides. Formats (.pptx) are below on this page. Similar can be prepared using LaTeX by presenters who wish to use the same.
  • Regular oral papers (Full papers) will get 15 minutes for oral presentation (maximum 14 slides) and 3 minutes of Q&A.
  • Poster papers will get 7 minutes for oral presentation ( maximum 6 slides) and poster will be displayed in poster hall.
  • Please ensure that your presentation does not exceed the allowed number of slides.

General Instructions

  1. All the contents of presentation slides should be easily readable with a minimum font size of 18 pt.
  2. Avoid tables and figures in small fonts.
  3. Rehearse the presentation and make sure that it is within the allotted time, so that you get sufficient time for questions and discussions.
  4. Focus on the research objectives, methodology, novelty, and contributions. So, avoid too much of technical details with descriptions and explanations.
