Dear Authors, \n\nWelcome to AIR 2021, we start off with the Japan-India Workshop on robotics on 30th June 2021 at 9 am. This will be followed by tutorials in the afternoon.\n\nAll authors and co-authors who have accepted papers\/posters will be allowed to attend all the events in the workshop and conference presentations\/talks.\n\nThe workshop would start at 9 am IST (12:30 pm JST) on 30th June 2021 and would have four speakers from either side. Each speaker would have 20 mins for the presentation.\n\nThe schedule of the workshop is here<\/a>.<\/strong>\n\nPlease join the workshop\/tutorials\/conference through this \u2018Townscript<\/a>\u2019<\/strong> link: More details on the right or below.\n\nPlease use Google Chrome browser<\/strong>, if possible, for connecting to the\nvirtual platform for best performance.  The authors are requested to use their email id used in their paper as the login ID and set a password<\/strong>.

Once you log in, you will be taken to the virtual floor which has the posters, waiting area with table and chairs. Please be seated on any table or look through the posters and sponsor area. You can double-click on an table with empty chairs and talk with the persons on that table. You will only be heard on that table. Similarly, if you want to shift to some other table, just double-click on the other table and you will be moved to that table.

Once the session starts you would be automatically taken inside the presentation area. The speakers, presenting authors, session chairs will be made presenters in the portal. Please attend all workshops\/tutorials\/conference presentations\/plenary talks to learn and interact with the authors\/speakers etc.
