Authors may please strictly follow the format for Posters<\/strong> as well as Slides<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>

Oral Presentation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Keep minimal slides<\/span><\/li>
Only \u201c.pptx<\/strong>\u201d and \u201c.pdf<\/b>\u201d files are accepted.<\/span><\/li>
Name your file as: PaperNo-FirstAuthorName.pptx e.g. PaperNo-30-ShreyasPatel.pptx<\/span><\/li>
12 minutes for presentation and\u00a0<\/span>3 minutes of Q&A<\/span><\/li>
You will get a buzzer at 10 minutes after that you have to wrap the presentation\u00a0in\u00a02\u00a0minutes.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
Poster Presentation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>
Poster boards will be provided for A0 size, Portrait.<\/span><\/li>
One poster will be hung at each board.<\/span><\/li>
Poster size to be used is A0.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
Please print the poster and bring it.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
Doctoral Symposium<\/strong><\/span><\/p>
Maximum 12 slides<\/span><\/li>
10 minutes for Doctoral Symposium presentation.<\/span><\/li>
5 minutes for Discussion<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
General Instructions:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>
All the contents of presentation slides should be easily readable with a minimum font size of 18 pt. Avoid tables and figures in small fonts.<\/span><\/li>
Rehearse the presentation and make sure it is within the allotted time, so that you get sufficient time for questions and discussions.<\/span><\/li>
Focus on the research objectives, methodology, novelty, and contributions.<\/span><\/li>
For doctoral symposium participants<\/u>: The idea of the doctoral symposium is to help you to obtain feedback from a wider audience, who are not necessarily specialists in your area. <\/span>So, avoid too much of technical details.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
