Camera Ready Guidelines

Please read the following information carefully while preparing your camera ready paper. During the review stage different authors have used different templates, e.g. single column, double column, etc. However the final camera ready paper must be prepared carefully following the instruction below (in either MS word or LaTex). Also follow the ACM guidelines as given in their website (the below given rules are taken directly from ACM guidelines). Maximum number of pages should be 6 of double column format. Extra pages will be charged Rs 1000 per page, which is required to pay by the authors at desk or adding to the Registration amount.

Both the papers for full papers and posters have the same format. The presentation format for papers and poster will be informed to the authors later. All the authors are requested to incorporate the reviewer’s comments and revise the paper before uploading the camera ready paper. The last date for uploading the camera ready papers is 1 MAY 2025. Each paper must also be registered for presentation by paying the registration fees as given in the registration page.
