Accommodation:

• Accommodation-Booking Request Form is open now. Please fill this form for hostel accommodation application.
  (Last date for booking hostel accommodation : June 30th)
• The students participants will be provided the hostel accommodation single /sharing rooms on payment basis, subject to availability.
• Institute guest house had limited accommodation. The delegates may send the booking request  with arrival and departure  dates  at 2023@advancesinrobotics.com (No more accommodation is available)
• Hotels available in the Rupnagar city can be explored here. Pick and Drop from nearby hotels in Rupnagar (e.g. SM Resort, Sahil Palace, HMT, Park Regency) may be provided during conference days.
• Booking confirmation will be shared at earliest
