On 8th July , Participants Departing on the Himachal Express (14554) at 11:10 PM will be provided transportation at 10:00 PM From IIT Ropar via the institute bus to Rupnagar Railway Station.

On 9th July , Participants Departing on the Jan Shatabdi (12058) at 6:10 AM will be provided transportation at 5:15 AM From IIT Ropar via the institute bus to Rupnagar Railway Station.

Venue of the bus: In-front of Brahmaputra Hostel

Note: It may be kindly noted that the bus available for the above timing is fixed, so all the students are informed to be present on time.

Since, Ropar is a small city, following Pickup-Drop is arranged in case you prefer to utilize. These services are available between 8-9 am and evening 6-7 pm, to ensure smooth conduct of Technical sessions in time.
