AIR 2019 conference is following a strict double-blind review process. The authors should not reveal their identity in the paper. Authors should leave the Name of the Authors, their Affiliation, Acknowledgement, etc. blank (or as per sample information) for the initial submission. The full papers have to be uploaded in the form of a .pdf file. Once a paper is accepted, these have to be included in “Camera Ready Version”. Some instructions on submission to double-blind review conference is given below:
NOTE:
- Anonymize the title page
- Remove mention of funding sources and personal acknowledgments
- Anonymize references found in running prose that cite your papers
- Anonymize citations of submitted work in the bibliography
- Ambiguate statements on well-known or unique systems that identify an author
- Name your files with care and ensure document properties are also anonymized
